| AttachmentMail Group File Sharing
The AttachmentMail Group File Sharing feature allows for the Professional and Enterprise Editions along with the Reprographic Custom Transfer and LegalConfirm Services of the AttachmentMail service to share files among multiple user accounts.
How Does It Work? The Professional and Enterprise Editions along with the Reprographic Custom Transfer and LegalConfirm Services have the capability for multiple users under the same account. Each user has their own private file storage area, which is the default. The accounts administrator can then define one or more "groups" of users who may share files among each other. These groups of users can then share files at any time by assigning the file to a specific associated group. The original files owner only has the permission of enabling or disabling the group sharing option for that specific file.
Each time you upload a new file to your account, it is uploaded as a private file. Only the owner of the file has the rights to change the file status from private to group or to delete the file from your account. Other associated group users can download or send the file.
